The 1024 × 256-pixel array achieves a maximum repetition rate of 30 Hz, exhibits a 16-bit dynamic range, and has a minimum gate width of 10 μs and nonlinearity of <2%. Ambient operating temperature is from 0 to 30 °C, with stability of ±0.1 °C over the entire range.
