Laser Research Optics, a division of Meller Optics Inc., has announced a line of precision cavity optics for CO2 lasers. The series includes zinc-selenide output couplers that feature up to 65 ±1% reflectivity and low absorption at 10.6 μm wavelength. Also available are end reflectors, typically made of germanium, that feature up to 99.5 ±0.2% reflectivity. Both output couplers and end reflectors are available in sizes from 0.5 to 2.0 in. in diameter, and they can be modified and coated to meet specific laser cavity requirements.
