Request InfoVeeco Instruments Inc.Veeco Instruments Inc. has launched the Dektak 150 surface profiler for research and industrial metrology applications. Its cast aluminum frame and rigid support elements improve repeatability and lower the noise floor. The standard Z-range of 524 μm enables larger step measurements. An optional X-Y automated stage delivers programmability of more than 200 locations, and an optional Y automated stage performs 3-D mapping. Scan length range is 55 mm, with 60,000 data points per scan, maximum. Measuring 292 × 508 × 527 mm, the profiler operates over a temperature range from 18 to 24 °C.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics.com 8/8/2022Elevator StagesThe DAG20-120-01 and the DAG20-120-04 motorized elevator stages from Optimal Engineering Systems Inc. are high-resolution, compact, low-profile devices with high-stability 120- × 120-mm tables...Photonics Spectra April 2023 IssueLaser Phase Lock SystemThe OE5000 Hi-Q Laser Phase Lock System from OEwaves Inc. allows the offset locking of two individual lasers separated in frequency by as much as 50 GHz.
