Group LLC, a maker of custom miniature metal bellows and bellows assemblies, bellows-type flexible shaft couplings, gold-plated bellows contacts and electroforms, said its microminiature electrodeposited nickel bellows can be made down to a diameter of 0.020 inches (0.5 mm).

These dynamically flexible microbellows can bend, compress and cycle and are helium leak-tight.

Servometer microminiature electrodeposited nickel bellows are suitable for dynamic applications in which precision, repeatability, reliability and longevity are critical requirements. They can be used as miniature flexible micro-couplings, micro-hermetic seals, pressure responsive devices, aneroids, electrical contacts or precision micro springs.

Servometer bellows can be designed for a variety of stroke and pressure combinations. The primary material for these precision flexible bellows is nickel, but they can also be made of copper, gold, silver, or combinations of these.

Servometer’s design staff can design and manufacture custom precision components and assemblies to customers specifications.
