QPT50-Sentry-Universal.JPGQuickSet International said its Sentry series pan/tilt from was developed with enhanced precision, accuracy and repeatability for automated long-range video surveillance applications.  Its Universal Sentry series takes the Sentry series’ capabilities and adds universal functionality for diverse applications, including long-term surveillance installations.

The Universal design incorporates an array of Mil-Spec connectors prewired for data, power and sensor control to provide both internal and external connectivity to many sensor payloads.

QuickSet’s Universal Sentry Series control, data and power interface nearly eliminates the need to remove the pan/tilt from its location for rewire work or sensor changes. In most cases, all that is required for any upgrade is to connect new interface cables and adapter plates between the pan/tilt and the new device. Quickset can provide interface mounts that match the sensor.
