The GS-1290-X-VFOV series of precision display-measurement systems from Gamma Scientific, optimized for the display-manufacturing market, perform a full range of measurements at near-instant speeds and with push-button ease. Three models are available: 260 to 900 nm, 380 to 810 nm or 300 to 1100 nm.

The instruments measure color, luminance, spectral radiance, contrast ratio, uniformity, chromaticity, shadowing, color gamut, response time, flicker, gamma surface reflections and power consumption. They also feature sensitivity and repeatability. Portable, lightweight and compatible with all commercially available display technologies, they are well-suited for R&D, quality assurance and production lines.

The systems' millisecond speed and exacting precision are a cresult of backside-thinned CCD detector technology and Gamma Scientific's industry-renowned RadOMA platform -- a durable optoelectrical design proven in hundreds of facilities, including rigorous 24/7 production-line environments. 

Interchangeable system components allow for easy customization. Automatic dynamic range optimization ensures system electrical gains are always set for the best results. The systems can be connected to a computer via a USB interface; Powerful Light Touch software provides data acquisition, display and analysis.
