Request InfoMH&W International Corp., Thermal Products Div.MH&W International Corp. has introduced Keratherm 86/77 to provide electrically conductive bonding sites on a flexible and thermally conductive material that can be attached to nonlinear heat-spreading structures for mounting LEDs and other hot components on curved surfaces. It has a thin layer of etchable copper bonded to a thermally conductive silicone film. The conformable material ranges from 0.16 to 0.326 mm in thickness. It contains no hazardous material and is supplied in 400-mm-wide rolls for volume processing. Parts can be easily handled, fabricated and recycled.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra August 2023 IssueBatch PhotoreactorThe Solstice™ temperature-controlled batch photoreactor from Uniqsis Ltd. is designed for small-scale photochemical reactions.
