The series uses fast optics and TE-cooled, back-thinned, high-quantum-efficiency 2-D CCD arrays for a highperformance instrument with fiber input. The device is suitable for low-light applications such as Raman, fluorescence and plasma monitoring. Windows applications software is included, and probes and accessories are available.
