Request InfoOptotherm Inc.The InfraSight MI thermal imaging camera has been announced by OptoTherm Inc. It detects shorts and defects on semiconductor devices and on small circuit boards, measures junction temperature, identifies die bonding defects and measures packaged die thermal resistance. Temperature measurement range is from 0 to 300 °C, with accuracy of ±2%. The camera operates at a rate of 30 fps and has a 16-bit digital Camera Link interface. The microscopic lens delivers 20-μm-pixel spatial resolution and sensitivity of 0.3 °C. It has a field of view of 17° × 12° and a focus distance of 13 mm.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra July 2023 IssueImage DetectorThe SWIFT-EI image detector from SemiConductor Devices Ltd. enables SWIR capabilities for small and large distribution defense systems, as well as commercial, machine vision, and industrial...Photonics.com 2/6/2023Hyperspectral ImagerThe ULTRIS 5 High Frame Rate (HFR) imager from Bodkin Design & Engineering LLC is a snapshot hyperspectral camera that collects up to 75 spectral data-cubes/s with spatial dimensions of 290...Photonics.com 2/1/2024Hyperspectral Imaging CameraThe Living Optics Camera from Living Optics is a VIS-NIR video-rate spectral imaging camera that allows developers to capture both spatial and spectral information in real-time at video frame rates....Photonics.com 7/1/2022Camera AccessoryThe FSM-IMX547 Camera Accessory from FRAMOS Technologies Inc. is capable of streaming high-quality color or monochrome images to the Kria KR260 robotics starter kit.
