Navitar_KowaLens.jpgNavitar Inc. has added 27 fixed-focal-length lenses to its line of low-magnification video lenses. Suitable for machine vision applications, the devices feature an innovative optical design, high resolution and low distortion. Seven 1-in. and seven 2/3-in. lenses designed specifically for megapixel cameras offer suitable light transmission and brightness in the corner of the image. The 1-in. and 2/3-in. lenses provide resolution (center-edge) of 120-80 and 120-100 line pairs per millimeter, respectively. The line also includes nine 2/3-in. compact lenses that are lightweight and durable and offer a minimum working distance of 100 mm. Four 1/2-in. wide-angle lenses also are available. C-mount, manual iris and focus control with locking screws are standard with all lens models.
