With the addition of a linear array detector, the microscope can be upgraded for IR imaging. The standard “IQ Mapping” function enables performance of multipoint, line, area and ATR mapping experiments without moving the sample stage. An optional X-Y-Z sample stage enables autofocus and mapping analysis of large sample areas.
