MERCERVILLE, N.J., April 1, 2008 -- Princeton Optronics, a provider of laser-based optical devices, announced it is offering its technical services and manufacturing capabilities, including its laser and optical subsystems qualifications (Telcordia, MIL spec, etc.), to outside customers.
Capabilities include laser modeling (with in-house software), mechanical design (using AutoCAD, SolidWorks); finite element analysis -- stress, modal and thermal (ANSYS multiphysics and COMSOL multiphysics) -- optical analysis (Glad, Zmax); optical bench experiments, rapid prototyping; and product qualification, failure analysis and production.
