The BRM CleanLaze series USB-connectable spectrum-stabilized Raman excitation lasers from B&W Tek Inc. are available at 785, 808, 830 and 976 nm. They have spectral linewidths as narrow as <0.03 nm FWHM and powers from >300 mW to >4 W. They come fiber-coupled with an integrated laser driver and an internal thermoelectric cooler with a controller. They are expected to last >10,000 h and are available in OEM and end-user packages.
