Hamamatsu.jpgHamamatsu Corp. has unveiled several InGaAs devices for laser diode and dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) monitoring. The devices include front- and back-illuminated InGaAs PIN photodiodes, which are designed as channel monitors for DWDM monitoring and which include a photodiode array and image sensors. The G8941 models have an active area ranging from 0.3 to 1 mm in diameter. The G9230-01 series has an active area of 0.3 mm in diameter.
