Elite Thermal Engineering’s DBC-050 thermoelectric cold plate provides 50 W of cooling capacity in a compact package. It has two butterfly mounts for pump lasers. Model BA-01 is designed for controlling the temperature of uncooled high-power butterfly laser packages. Zero insertion force connectors are used for butterfly connections to ensure reliable connection without stressing the butterfly leads.
