BOTHEL, Wash., Aug. 14, 2008 -- Elite Thermal Engineering (ETE) has released the OCP-150, a compact high power 150w OEM cold plate for cooling the most demanding high power fiber coupled lasers. It has mounting patterns for nLight’s Pearl fiber coupled lasers, LIMO’s fiber coupled lasers and QPC’s Brightlase Ultra. Other mounting patterns are available upon request.

OCP-150A.jpgThe heatsinks for OCP-150 is model HS-008 that has three heatpipes, and all heatpipes and heatsinks are custom-made, nickel plated and soldered together to maximize heat transfer.

OCP-150 uses nickel plated copper cold plate to maximize heat spreading for high heat flux laser diodes. Low spreading resistance is critical for effective cooling of high power laser diodes.

ETE also offers thermoelectric modules, butterfly mount connection boards, and water cooling plates. ETE also provide design services to broad customer base ranging from aerospace, medical and industrial applications.
