Request InfoThe Imaging Source LLCCHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 28, 2009 – The Imaging Source LLC has released a PCI-Express frame grabber series for applications in which analog video signal must be processed by a PC. The frame grabbers ship with various video inputs, and models are available for low-profile PC cases. Video input devices include ultrasound and x-ray machines in addition to cameras. The devices operate at a temperature from –5 to 45 °C, offer pixel jitter of <6 ns and a noise of 1 LSB rms. Resolution for the PAL model is 768 × 576 at 25 fps, while the NTSC model offers 640 × 480 resolution at 30 fps. Color formats include YUV 4:2:2, 4:1:1 and...See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Winter 2022 IssueSWIR CameraThe Wildcat+ 640 SWIR camera from Xenics NV is dedicated to demanding industrial vision applications such as process monitoring, machine vision, medicine, and more, along with scientific uses. ...Photonics.com 11/29/2022Global Shutter CameraThe NeduCAM25 full-HD global shutter FPD-LINK III camera module from e-con Systems Inc. is based on onsemi'®s AR0234 sensor to capture fast-moving objects without any rolling shutter artifacts....Photonics.com 5/10/2022Line Scan CameraThe allPIXA evo 8K DXGE Color X camera from Chromasens GmbH supports challenging color line-scan vision tasks such as food, PCB, and electric vehicle battery inspection, along with high-speed web and...Photonics.com 5/23/2023Thermal Camera CoreThe updated Athena™ 1920 high-definition thermal camera core from BAE Systems now supports missions requiring 360° situational awareness, vehicle protection, and space-based surveillance at...ARTICLESBioPhotonics Jan/Feb 2024 IssueBeamforming Reduces Photoacoustic Image BiasPhotoacoustic (PA) imaging offers a noninvasive means to obtain molecular and functional information about a variety of medical conditions.
