Edmund Optics Inc. has released narrow-laser-line interference filters and broadband diode interference filters. The narrow filters feature a bandwidth of 1 nm and are suitable for systems that require a narrow bandpass. Each is mounted in a 12.7- or 24.5-mm-diameter metal ring and is designed for ease of integration using the company’s C-mount optic mounts. The narrow filters are available for 488-, 532-, 632.8- and 1064-nm wavelengths. Suitable for use with near-IR laser diodes, the broadband filters eliminate noise in the laser diode itself and are mounted in a 12.7- or 25.4-mm-diameter metal ring. They are available for 880-, 905-, 1300- and 1550-nm wavelengths and are designed for easy integration with C-mounts.
