With its patented, alignment-free monolithic resonator, it produces optical noise of less than 0.2 percent rms and pointing stability less than 5 µrad. Power consumption is down to 15 W. The laser produces a TEM00 beam with M2 of ≤1.2. Beam diameter and beam divergence are 0.7 mm and 1 mrad, respectively. For the collimated type, they are 0.7 mm and 1 mrad.
