Two more primary antibodies have been added to Li-Cor Biosciences’ reagent product line. Optimized for use with the Odyssey and Aerius proprietary infrared imaging systems, the anti-β-actin (rabbit monoclonal antibody) and anti-β-tubulin (rabbit polyclonal antibody) reagents can be detected by IRDye goat anti-rabbit or donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibodies. The primary antibodies can be used as normalization antibodies during performance of two-color protocols.
