Dalsa Inc.'s CT-F3 high-sensitivity line-scan camera family has eight-output capability at 25 MHz each, resulting in a maximum data rate up to 200 MHz and line rates to 83 kHz. The cameras feature two resolutions of 2048 and 4096 horizontal pixels, enhanced response in the blue, antiblooming and bidirectional scanning for performing multiple scans without physically rotating the camera. The CT-F3 cameras transmit 8-bit digital data in LVDS format and are CE-compliant. They are suitable for inspection of flat panel displays, semiconductor masks and wafers, and printed circuit boards.
