Warner Instruments has released the RC-31, a confocal, closed-bath, low-profile imaging chamber that features an adjustable bath geometry and a 25-mm viewing aperture. Its closed-bath design allows the flow chamber to be used with both upright and inverted microscopes, suitable for any laboratory setup. The device provides control of culture conditions and the cellular environment. It can be used for long-term studies employing live cells and for microscopic confocal imaging. Wall height, or the spacing between the upper and lower coverslips, is adjustable from 50 to 350 μm. Precut gaskets are supplied with the chamber.
