It is supplied in the same compact 121.9 × 88.9 × 111.8 form factor as the company’s FireWire cameras. GigE supports cable lengths of up to 100 m and data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mb/s. The line of cameras is built around the robust FD-1665 optical prism engine that reduces spherical and chromatic aberration and enables the use of standard 35-mm single-lens reflex F- or T-mount lenses.
