The ProteOn XPR36 protein interaction array system from Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. is a surface plasmon resonance imaging optical biosensor. With a 6 x 6 array, it can monitor up to 36 interactions in a single run on a single chip, without the need for molecular labeling. It can perform a complete kinetic experiment in a single shot and can immobilize a panel of six ligands and screen multiple panels of analytes (up to 180 interactions per hour). Designed to bridge the gap between protein discovery and function, the system enables researchers to characterize protein interactions with the efficiency and versatility of parallel processing, resulting in higher throughput and enhanced data.
