Control Development Inc.'s interface kit is designed to accept all of the company's spectrographs. Communications options are PCMCIA Type II for connecting to a laptop, or ISA or PCI for connecting to a PC. The module can be ordered with a built-in light source and cuvette holder. The kit has an aluminum housing and an internal power supply. It consists of a passive backplane with three ISA slots. Besides the spectrograph, network cards or a board-level computer can be added.
