PPT Vision’s high-resolution M-390 smart cameras deliver high accuracy for machine vision applications. Used as part of the Impact M-Series embedded vision systems, they are single systems with four asynchronously triggered independently operating cameras running distinct inspection, guidance or identification programs. Their design allows operators to mix and match camera resolutions for all points of inspection, providing the flexibility to deploy cameras specifically suited to each of the separate inspection requirements. With 16 times the resolution of VGA (640 x 480) vision cameras, the smart cameras provide solutions for inspections that require high precision. The M-Series provides a machine vision solution for manufacturing industries that require more than one inspection, including the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
