The Mipos 3 from piezosystem jena is designed for fine adjustment of high-resolution microscope lenses, with a 100-µm maximum adjustment. An integrated preload design provides small angular deviation, a highly parallel wide range of motion and a resonant frequency of 700 Hz. The system can be mounted to a variety of microscopes using a threaded ring. The Mipos 3 is available with an optical integrated strain gauge measurement system for 200-nm accuracy.
