It now offers higher brightness. Measuring 90 × 31× 20 mm, the industry-standard package has a wall-plug efficiency of >40% at typical operating current of <60 A with a compliance voltage of 1.8 V. Standard wavelength tolerances are ±3 nm with spectral widths of <5 nm.
