  • M-Series Compact MRI Systems
Apr 2013

SALT LAKE CITY, April 23, 2013 — Aspect Imaging has unveiled a line of compact MRI systems for preclinical and industrial applications. The four M-series systems include new models for preclinical imaging of multiple species, for performing 3-D MR-based histology analysis for toxicology research and for performing industrial applications, including real-time rheology analysis.

The company’s compact MRI platform does not require a shielded room, cryogens or high-capacity electrical power. It provides a self-shielded, permanent magnet that can be placed in most settings, as it does not require special infrastructure. This offers the researcher or clinician the power of MRI but without the complexity of conventional MRI.
