Request InfoOptical Metrology Ltd. (Optimet)JERUSALEM, July 25, 2014 — The ConoProbe Mark10-HD by Optimet is a non-contact laser sensor that offers distance and multidimensional measurements at sub-micron levels. The new sensor is designed for 2-D, 3-D, surface contour and volumetric measurements necessary for quality control, inspection and metrology applications. It delivers measurements down to 0.5 µm, as well as angular coverage to 150° in all directions. The laser’s small spot size provides high lateral resolution for accurate measurements of small features and small radii.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra April 2023 IssueLaser Phase Lock SystemThe OE5000 Hi-Q Laser Phase Lock System from OEwaves Inc. allows the offset locking of two individual lasers separated in frequency by as much as 50 GHz.
