The uncooled InGaAs focal plane array is sensitive from 0.9 to 1.7 µm, and optionally from 0.4 to 1.7 µm. It was developed with a VGA format (640 × 512) and a pitch of 15 µm. It has a low noise level (measured within 30 electrons) and a frame rate up to 300 images per second. The system is intended for use in night combat, aircraft landing and taxiing, and self-protection and navigation for armored vehicles.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content June 2022 IssueC-RED 2 Extended Range: New Perspectives in SWIR ImagingWhile standard InGaAs detectors cover a spectral range from 900 to 1700 nm, ER-InGaAs detector sensitivity is shifted towards higher wavelengths up to 2200 nm, and this is a real breakthrough in SWIR...Promoted Content March 2024 IssueSpecimONE Spectral Imaging PlatformSeeking a precise, fast, + non-destructive imaging tech that can identify materials invisible to the human eye?
