The Ninox 640 from Raptor Photonics enables high-speed visible and shortwave infrared imaging.

Using a 640 × 512 InGaAs sensor with 15 µm2 pixels from SCD, the Ninox 640 runs from 10 to 120Hz and offers visible extension from 0.4 to 1.7 µm.

Available with both thermoelectric and water cooling, the camera is cooled to -20 °C, offering reduced dark current and enabling longer exposures.

Applications include in-vivo image of rare earth nano-particles, hyperspectral imaging, semiconductor and solar cell inspection, astronomy, telecommunications and thermography.
