GREENSBORO, N.C., March 20, 2015 — Qorvo Inc. has introduced a new line of high-speed optical infrastructure products for long-haul, metro and data center applications. Three new drivers offer high gain, low power dissipation, high channel-to-channel isolation and low total harmonic distortion. Models include the TGA4960-SL, a 100G CFP2 SMT differential in/out quad-channel linear driver; the TGA4893-SL, a dual-channel SMT driver for 16QAM 200G/400G linear applications; and the TGA4851-SL, a 100G CFP4 and QSFP28 quad-channel SMT driver for emerging extended-reach data center applications. Meanwhile, two new 100G limiting and linear transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) are available for metro and long-haul applications in both dual- and quad-channel versions. They are the TGA4872, 100G DP-QPSK dual-linear TIA and the TGA4874, 100G/400G quad-linear TIA with digital or analog control.
