PROMON SCOPE from AOS Technologies AGThe new high speed camera system PROMON SCOPE G2 from AOS Technologies is a versatile tool for trouble shooting in fast assembly lines. It serves as a monitoring system when optimization of product lines is needed, and can be used as a tool in preventive maintenance tasks.

PROMON SCOPE is highly intuitive to use, and has been designed to allow autonomous operation in all applications where long time high speed recording is required. PROMON SCOPE G2 boasts tried and tested features from its predecessor, such as intuitive touchscreen operation, high speed recording capability of up to 80 minutes at full speed, and external trigger input. Maximum resolution of 2048 x 1088 pixels, framing speeds as high as 3000 frames per second (at reduced resolution), and a battery life extended to 2hrs are just a few of the new features. PROMON SCOPE G2 is the solution for catching sporadically occurring problems, by using the trigger input or enabling motion detection. A discrete trigger input allows direct connection to PLC, relays, or simple switch button. The new lithium Ion batteries permit a maximum in freedom for over two hours. For longer autonomous time the battery is hot swappable by customer. Two A/D inputs provide image-synchronized recording of other signals, for example from pressure switches or low-high temperature indications. Recorded data can be played back and edited on the PROMON SCOPE G2 even while recording. In addition, saved data can be converted to other file formats or exported via USB 3.0 or SD-Card to another PC for further processing. The use of new materials has resulted in a major weight reduction from 3.8 kg to 2.2 kg (4.85lbs).
