BARRINGTON, N.J., June 12, 2015 — Edmund Optics deep UV bandpass filterMounted in an aluminum ring for easy identification and system integration, deep UV bandpass filters from Edmund Optics Inc. are suited for applications in fluorescence microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, excimer lasers and biological filtering.

The filters are manufactured from high-quality substrates including MgF2 and UV-grade fused silica. Each device is delivered with an individualized transmittance profile, demonstrating the filter's performance characteristics.

A surface quality of 20-10 and a clear aperture of >85 percent are featured. Twelve models are available with center wavelengths of 122, 193, 248 and 308 nm in diameters of 12.5, 25 and 50 mm.
