VEUREY-VOROIZE, France, Sept. 1, 2015 — Ulis Pico384 Gen2The Pico384 Gen2 thermal image sensor from Ulis SAS enables thermal camera makers to further automate their assembly lines, lowering the cost of integration and boosting production.

Providing a QVGA resolution of 348 × 288 pixels for exceptional image quality, the device is also suitable for outdoor applications such as nature observation, wildlife watching, game tracking, camping and hiking. Users can observe animals in complete darkness from hundreds of meters away.

Power consumption of <220 mW improves battery life for portable applications like thermography, firefighting and surveillance.
