PhaseCam Laser InterferometersPhaseCam® laser interferometers are compact and lightweight for highly accurate measurement of precision optics and optical systems.

PhaseCam systems utilize Dynamic Interferometry® to acquire measurement information in less than 30 microseconds—more than 5,000 times faster than conventional, phase-shifting interferometers. Because acquisition time is so short, PhaseCams can be used without vibration isolation, making them ideally suited for in- situ measurement on production equipment or in noisy environments such as cleanrooms. Their insensitivity to air turbulence makes it possible to accurately measure long radius-of-curvature optics, where the instrument may need to be located tens of meters from the test optic.

PhaseCams are ideal for on-machine metrology, remote mounting in measurement towers or pressure vessels, and other challenging applications and environments.

Each system includes industry-leading 4Sight™ analysis software, which provides extensive 2D, 3D and Zernike analysis options, as well as data filtering, masking, database and import/export functions.

Applications include measurement of large focal optical systems, concave telescope mirrors and lens systems, deformable mirrors and adaptive optics. Options includes wavelengths from visible through infrared and numerous accessories including diverging lenses, beam expanders and stages.
