Stray Light Correction Matrix
Dec 2015Instrument Systems GmbHRequest Info
MUNICH, Dec. 1, 2015 — Instrument Systems GmbH offers a correction matrix for suppressing stray light during calibration of array spectrometers.
Stray light is suppressed by an order of magnitude down to 10-5. A 10 percent higher sensitivity in the UV range after stray light corrected calibration leads to 3 to 4 percent higher accuracy in radiometric measurement.
The matrix is designed for accurate measurement of UV LEDs.
