Request InfoApplied Scientific Instrumentation Inc.ASI has developed a new form of light sheet microscopy with our collaborators in the scientific community. The diSPIM system from ASI is an extremely cell friendly system for imaging live specimens as it only illuminates the region of the specimen that is being viewed, reducing phototoxicity and reducing photobleaching ~7-10 fold. Unlike other SPIM systems, the diSPIM allows the use of conventional mounting and glass coverslips.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Nov/Dec 2022 IssueBeam Profiling CameraThe Ophir SP504S Beam Profiling Camera from MKS Instruments Inc. measures large and divergent beams by accurately capturing and analyzing wavelengths from 340 to 1100 nm for beam sizes from 45...Photonics Spectra January 2024 IssueEight-Channel OscilloscopeThe R&S MXO 5 from Rohde & Schwarz is an eight-channel oscilloscope with 4.5 million acquisitions per second and 18 million waveforms per second across multiple channels.
