Request Infoattocube systems AGAttocube Systems AG has announced the Environmental Compensation Unit (ECU), an automated device for ultraprecise distance measurements. The ECU provides fully automated air refractive index correction down to the sub-parts-per-million range. When connected to an interferometer, the device automatically detects the absolute sensor/target separation, calculates actual air refractive index and compensates any incremental measurement. Environments are recorded and stored for future reference.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSVision Spectra Autumn 2023 IssueSurface Inspection SystemThe ZEISS ABIS III is designed for reliable and early inspection of the entire component surface, within cycle time.
