4D Technology Polarization CamerasPolarCam Snapshot Micropolarizer Cameras capture images of multiple polarized angles from each video frame, enabling a range of image enhancement techniques for surface mapping, scene discrimination, autonomous vehicle vision and remote sensing. Taking advantage of that capability requires effective means to get the camera on location, which may be in cramped spaces, on uneven terrain or beyond the reach of a power source.

A new series of accessories for PolarCam makes it possible to use the camera in remote locations. The Li-ion Portable Battery Power Unit will run the PolarCam and laptop computer for 8+ hours for remote scene capture and surveillance applications. The mobile cart securely holds the laptop and battery over uneven ground, as well as providing cable management and storage for the camera. A telescoping tripod stand with individually locking legs lets you position the PolarCam in tight quarters or on uneven ground. And, the 1" format Macro Lens offers manual zoom and iris control (F1.9 - close) and a focal length range from 16-100mm.

Used individually or together, the new PolarCam accessories let you use the PolarCam in more applications that ever.
