SAN DIEGO, May 23, 2016 — Microscopy Video CameraThe IL5, a 5MP camera from Fastec Imaging, can be mounted on a microscope to enable high-speed video recording of microscopic events. Four models offer resolution and rates from 2560 × 2080 at 230 fps to 800 × 600 at 1650 fps.

All models record over 3200 fps at VGA resolultion and >18,000 fps at smaller resolutions.

The camera can be controlled over Gigabit Ethernet via Fastec FasMotion software on a PC/Mac or via the built-in web interface with a web browser on PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone.
