LYON, France, May 23, 2016 — Liquid LensVarioptic, a business unit of Parrot Drones SAS, offers the Arctic 25H  series of variable-focus liquid lenses. It offers resistance to mechanical shocks and vibrations, and operates from −30 to 85 °C.

Typical performance at 25 °C offers a wavefront error (optical quality) of 45-nm rms, and 97 percent transmission rates at 587 nm (the Arctic 25HO model) and 850 nm (the Arctic 25H1 model).

The lenses also support continuous autofocus for video up to 30 fps. Two antireflective coatings are available.
