Single Point Diamond Turning (SPDT) technologies can produce superior optical surface finishes and consistent performance in plastic, metals and IR materials. Our Diamond Turning process can quickly produce prototyping, pilot production, and tooling inserts. MAXEMIL is vertically integrated in-house with Optical and Mechanical Engineering, Ni Plating, SPDT, Optical Molding, Metrology and Testing technologies.
Other capabilities include Injection molding of polymer optics in prototype and production volume assembly. Internal capabilities include optical/mechanical lens design and engineering.
