Request InfoFirst Sensor Inc.Pacific Silicon Sensor Inc. has developed a method to produce flip-chip photodiodes with both contacts on the same face, allowing the device to have a front face without bond wires or other contact areas. The process moves aluminum from the front face to the rear under a controlled temperature gradient by a conductive channel of P-type material. The technology is available for 4-in. N-type silicon wafers in the resistivity range up to 50 (omega)-cm.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content November 2022 IssueSWIR InGaAs Linear SensorBrand new from CLPT are InGaAs linear sensors. 1. 1024 x 1 pixels with a pixel size of 12.5 × 12.5 µm 2. 512 x 1 pixels with a pixel size of 25 × 250 µm The...Photonics Spectra March 2024 IssueGlobal-Shutter Image SensorSTMicroelectronics’ global-shutter image sensor for smart computer vision can be used in AR/VR, personal and industrial robotics, drones, barcodes, biometrics and gestures, and embedded vision...Photonics.com 4/26/2022Automated System SensorsThe 36 sensor series from Leuze electronic Inc. detects objects at high operating ranges.
