Exalos AG has extended its superluminescent light-emitting diode (SLED) product line with SLED-based broadband sources that offer bandwidth capabilities up to 300 nm. They are suitable for use in medical imaging and in fiber optic sensor and instrumentation applications. The customizable turnkey instruments cover the wavelength bands of 750 to 950 nm or 1200 to 1600 nm. They include a USB2 interface and operate via a user-friendly touch screen.
