IX-4600 ChromAblate


JPSA.jpgThe JPSA IX-4600 ChromAblate is a high-throughput, high-speed Class 1 laser workstation designed for LED production (LLO), selective wafer annealing, microdrilling, thin-film patterning, 3-D micromachining and more. It offers 300-mm wafer processing, automatic wafer loading, an integrated automated coating/cleaning station and a vision system for wafer alignment. The IX-4600 uses patented technology to produce high-brightness LEDs through liftoff, enabling the manufacturer to grow vertical-design LED devices that provide LEDs with the highest light output.
