BARLEBEN, Germany, Aug. 25, 2008 – Codixx AG has added the colorPol IR 1550 BC4 T2 HT polarizer to its colorPol HT family developed for telecommunication applications.
The polarizer has a thickness of 0.2 mm, an extinction ratio exceeding 40 dB and the insertion loss undercuts 0.1 dB. The filters offer transmittance properties of > 98 percent with an AR coating, and a high contrast > 10,000 : 1 in the spectral range within 1280- to 1450- and 1480- to 1650 nm.
Already available in 0.25- and 0.5 mm thicknesses, the polarizers are customized available in various shapes and dimensions from 1 x 1 mm2 up to a maximum size of 100 x 60 mm2. Standard mounts with diameter options are also available.
