Three 1/2-in., 470,000-pixel CCDs and a single-chip digital signal process LSI comprise the HV-D15E/K color camera from Hitachi Denshi Ltd. The LSI includes a digital processing circuit section trough to an encoder section. The camera features a horizontal resolution of 800 TV lines and a signal-to-noise ratio of 61 dB with illumination of at least 0.7 lx.
