TSI Inc. has introduced the PowerView stereoscopic particle image velocimetry (PIV) system, which combines 3-D analysis with PIV to obtain instantaneous and average global flow field information. TSI's Insight stereoscopic software, based on Windows NT, provides online processing and generates 3-D images of the velocity vector field.
